Color - Caramel 

Nose - Vanilla, Maple Syrup, toffee, herbal, mint, and corn 

Taste - Vanilla, orange, chocolate, more herbals, 

Mouthfeel - Oily and solid without being big

Finish - Caramel, pepper, vanilla, tea

Finish Length - Medium Long

Overall - 5.5 - I like this bourbon.  It is not overly sweet, complex and big.  The herbal notes throughout did a nice job of balancing out the wood.
