Buffalo Trace -  NAS - Bourbon - BT Mashbill #2 - Sample - $1000 - 65.45%

Color - Dark Caramel

Nose - Granny Smith Apples, caramel, more white fruit, lemon, honey

Taste - Toffee, apples, pears, sweetness

Mouthfeel -  Medium

Finish - Caramel, apples, lemons, toffee

Finish Length - Medium but builds to long

Overall - 5/7 - Oh this is nice.  It is sweet, sticky and works.  There is a deep caramel & toffee that drives this with apples along for the ride.  It comes through big and is more than enjoyable.  

Rating system is price influenced as it is based on my shopping decisions when buying a bottle.
