Review #168 - Wolfburn Aurora BLIND

Color - Ripe Corn
Nose - Honey, flowers, honey fades into pear juice, vanilla, sweet nectarines - tons of white fruit
Palate - White grapes, caramel, bready, honey
Finish - Medium - Honey, Chardonnay, butter, simple sugar - sticky
Overall - 5.5 - My first impression is a white wine/sauturnes finish.  It does have a little bit of AnCnoc to it in the juice.  It also reminds me a little of Arran 10 on the palate with that bready caramel, except way sweeter.  Personally, it comes off a touch too sweet for me, I would drink it if in the mood but it is not a daily drinker for me. This is a scotch version of a digestif. Water wipes out the subtleties and makes it sweeter.

My guess is Highland - 10-12 - NCF- NCA  - 50% - Arran Sauternes
