Review #169: Cadenhead's Dailuaine 19yr, 57.5 - Blind

Color - Ripe Corn
Nose - Fresh grass, brine, smoke, citrus, grapefruit, granny smith
Palate - Pears, grass, green apple skin, honey
Finish -Medium - Honey, match smoke, faint tropical fruit - a touch hot
Overall - 6 - This is great, nice, balanced.  The fruit, brine and floral on the nose is great.  This dram holds together from beginning to end.  It is a touch hot but not enough to really detract.  This to me is a nice lightly peated highland

My guess is Highland - 8-10 - NCF- NCA  - 55% - Ardmore
